Orders will be dispatched within 7 -14 days, 7-21 days in busy periods.

Busy periods constitute as Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day and Fathers Day, and delivery can be up to three weeks.

Personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

We do not take responsibility or exchange snapped cuffs and bangles due to being bent or forcefully removed.

If an item is received faulty, we will exchange it within 7 days of receiving the item, providing it is returned unworn and in original packaging.

We will exchange items for another piece within 21 days of purchase, providing they are in perfect condition and completely unworn. Personalised items and earrings are excluded from this.

If an item breaks within two months of purchase, we will investigate and replace if appropriate. This excludes snapped cuffs/bangles as previously stated.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

All our personalised jewellery is hand stamped, therefore text will have varying depths and angles. This is the style of our jewellery and is not classed as a fault, so exchanges cannot be made based upon this.

We advise you to not wear your jewellery whilst sleeping, swimming, showering, exercising or for excessive periods of time. We will not exchange an item because of wear and tear.

We will not exchange an item due to selecting the wrong size, variation or colour.

To save on excess packaging, we will only provide one gift bag per order over £15. If you require more than one you must contact us or leave a note to seller upon purchasing.
